One of my big dreams in life is to be able to play the cello. This dream is slowly becoming a reality now that I finally have one.
It’s always fun to see the progression one makes when playing an instrument, so what I plan to do is record myself on a weekly basis. I originally planned to film myself playing, but I had some technical difficulties and could only produce this short audio clip.
So behold! The first day of my courageous endeavor to master the cello. Feast your ears as I attempt to play Canon in D major.

Sounds like a dying elephant, in a good way though
I actually transcribed the violin parts and played the whole song solo on cello perfectly, but in the I decided this was more fitting for the first day. Mostly, because if I had posted my other recording no-one would be able to see a progression, as I've already reached perfection.
